Delivery Policy

This delivery policy governs the conditions under which products sold on the website ealmeu.eu, owned by MX DROPS SRL, are delivered to customers.

1. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered through the courier company Sameday, using the following methods:

• Home Delivery
• Delivery to Easybox (locker)

2. Delivery Area

Currently, delivery is exclusively within Romania.

3. Delivery Costs

• 19.99 lei for orders paid online by card
• 23.99 lei for cash on delivery orders
• FREE shipping for orders over 200 lei

4. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered on the next business day.

According to the contract with the courier company, the standard delivery timeframe is 1–3 business days.

During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays), the delivery timeframe may be extended.

5. Order Processing

Orders placed from Monday to Friday, before 1:00 PM, are handed over to the courier on the same day.

Orders placed after this time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

6. Payment Methods

• Online payment by card
• Cash on delivery

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed (customer unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), the package will be returned to the sender.

For orders paid online, the amount will be fully refunded to the account used for payment.

8. Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, the customer will automatically receive an email with a tracking code (AWB), which allows checking the delivery status.

9. Product Availability

All products available on the site are in stock. Orders for unavailable products or pre-orders are not accepted.

10. Other Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery details. In case of erroneous information, the seller cannot be held liable for delays or inability to deliver.
