Return Policy

At EALMEU, we want every customer to be satisfied with their ordered products. If, however, you wish to return a product, please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, individual customers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date they physically take possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear request:

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • be returned within the legal period of 14 calendar days;
  • be in the same condition as it was delivered;
  • not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or improper use;
  • be returned, as far as possible, in its original packaging;
  • include all accessories, manuals, and documents received.

We reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the decrease in the product's value, if it has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with applicable legislation, the following product categories cannot be returned:

  • sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer;
  • unsealed or used consumable products, including opened or used thermal paper rolls;
  • personalized products or products made according to customer specifications;
  • products showing signs of use or damage.

4. Return Procedure

The cost of return is borne by the customer, except in cases where:

  • the product is defective;
  • the product delivered is incorrect;
