Courier and delivery options
Orders are delivered by Sameday: to your address or to an easybox locker (easybox for orders paid online by card).
Shipping costs
Online card payment:
- RON 19.99 for orders under RON 100
- FREE for orders of RON 100 or more
Cash on delivery:
- RON 23.99 for orders under RON 100
- RON 5 for orders between RON 100 and RON 200
- FREE for orders over RON 200
Order processing
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 13:45 are handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Usually the next working day after hand-over to the courier (standard 1–3 working days). During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) it may take longer.
Order tracking
Once shipped, you automatically receive the tracking number by e-mail.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed (recipient unreachable, wrong address, etc.), the parcel is returned to the sender. For orders paid online, the price of the products is refunded to the account used for payment.
