This policy covers deliveries of orders placed on ealmeu.eu (operated by MX DROPS SRL, EALMEU®) to the European Union countries listed below. Customers in Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece and Spain can find the shipping policy for their country by switching the website to their language.

1. Shipping method

Orders are shipped from Romania by standard home delivery to the address given in the order.

2. Shipping costs

  • Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia: approx. €7
  • Austria, Germany, Italy: approx. €18
  • Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands: approx. €27
  • Finland, Portugal, Sweden: approx. €30

3. Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the destination country. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, holidays) delivery may take longer.

5. Payment methods

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.

7. Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed (recipient unreachable, incorrect address, etc.), the parcel is returned to the sender. For orders paid online, the price of the products is refunded to the account used for payment.

8. Product availability

Products available for purchase on the website are in stock. We do not accept orders for unavailable products or pre-orders.

9. Customs duties

All deliveries are made within the European Union, so no customs or import duties apply.

10. Other information and contact

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details (name, address, phone number). The seller is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
